Resolutions Passed At The Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") Held On 11 November 2008

("the Company") are pleased to announce that at the EGM of the Company held on 11 November 2008, all the resolutions set forth in the Notice of EGM dated 17 October 2008 were passed by the shareholders.
